Hi, I’m Alyssa, though I also go by Lia (you’ll see both names here).

I’m a licensed psychotherapist, commissioned writer, and founder of Alyssa Marie Wellness, based in Los Angeles, CA. I earned my Bachelor's in Sociology from Cal Poly Pomona and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California (Fight On ✌︎).

I’m passionate about making mental health more accessible, creating spaces for honest conversations, and building community through events, writing, and therapy. At the heart of everything I do is a belief in the power of authentic connection. It’s what makes healing possible.
